SO I came in with a flat tire that needed a plug. I had already put the spare on the van. They said the tire was no good anymore. I disagreed, but they kept taking it off the rim and putting on a a new used tire for $30. I kept saying, "NO !" but they wouldn't stop. They took advantage of me being tired from changing the tire and susceptible to their high pressure. And they knew I had a credit card, as everybody does these days. I relented thinking I could be sure of a decent tire for at least half a year. But only a few months later the sidewall on this tire cracked !!!! They sold me a dated tire, that you couldn't tell by looking was going to go bad. I didn't know about checking the date on the tire (now I do). Shame on them !
