I know this is Glendale California and things go a little bit SLOWER ( I didn't say retarded ) , but when somebody is waiting in line and there's only one teller and this patron is chatting socially with the teller and then this patron's elderly mother walks up and the patron has to take her elderly mother to the restroom in the MIDDLE OF THE TRANSACTION. And then, rather than take the next customer until the other patron returns from the restroom, The teller just makes EVERYBODY WAIT.
So the customers in line are forced to wait for the customer and her elderly mother to return from the restroom.
C'MON: show a little respect and appreciation for your patrons who are waiting in line. You are slapping us in the face with your disrespect 👎😡
Needless to say, I didn't wait.
