i DIDN'T GET A PRETZEL BUN AT WENDYS, DESPITE PAYING EXTRA FOR ONE (garden grove near 5 freeway) , FRANCISCA was the clerk...she also forgot to give me a take-out bag (they put it on a tray despite having specifically asked me when I ordered if I wanted take-out or dine-in), also didn't give me ketchup until I asked...then when I was back in the car I realized I didn't get a pretzel bun (u pay .30 cents more for a better bun )
